Refund Policy

At The World’s Toughest Mile, every registration secures your spot in a live, high-intensity event with limited capacity. Because of the nature of event logistics, all registrations and purchases are non-refundable, except under the specific conditions below.
1. Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by The World’s Toughest Mile, participants may:

Rebook for another event of their choice within the same season, or

If it is the final event of the season, rebook for any event in the following season.
This rebooking option serves as the default remedy for cancellations.
In rare cases where cancellation or rescheduling would create significant financial hardship, refunds may be offered at our discretion after reviewing the circumstances.
2. Event Postponement
If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically remain valid and will be honored on the new date. No further action is required.
If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a transfer to another event in the same or next season, subject to availability.
3. No-Show & Personal Cancellations
We cannot offer refunds or credits for participant cancellations, no-shows, or personal schedule conflicts. Your spot is reserved, and substantial resources are committed once registration is confirmed.
4. Merchandise
All merchandise sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
