DO TOUGH THINGS

TOGETHER

An experience-driven fitness movement uniting tough-minded individuals through shared challenge, resilience, and community.

WHY WTM

True transformation doesn’t come from comfort zones

We started WTM because we believe that true transformation doesn’t come from comfort zones; it comes from being tested, together. Too often in life, people retreat to safety rather than lean into growth. We wanted to build something that forces you to show up, not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and relationally.

We imagined a space where challenge becomes a catalyst for growth—where pushing through the tough moments brings people together, cultivates humility, and forges lasting relationships. It isn’t about crossing the line first; it’s about who shows up, who keeps going, and who walks away transformed.

WTM is our answer to the yearning many of us have: to belong to something bigger to be shaped by challenge, to carry forward the strength we discover within.

What You'll Experience

Who's Behind it

Three founders from different worlds—fitness, entrepreneurship, and community—came together with one shared belief: that doing hard things together transforms people. By combining decades of experience in building brands, leading events, and uniting communities, we created WTM to turn individual grit into collective growth.

Guido Trinidad

Co-Founder

Former All-American football athlete turned CrossFit competitor and coach. Owner of Peak360 CrossFit, a community-centered training gym in South Florida.

Co-founder of Wodapalooza, one of the largest fitness festivals in the world—an event born from the desire to unite fitness, competition, and joy. Executive Director of FaithRXD, an initiative bridging faith and fitness in communities.

Guido’s journey from corporate “safety” into creating high-impact community spaces gives him a unique lens: he’s built not just events or gyms, but hearts and connections.

Eric Hinman

Co-Founder

Serial entrepreneur, brand-builder, and hybrid athlete (multi-sport / endurance).

Has led retreats and community-building efforts (Founders Only Club), combining immersive experiences, high-performance lessons, and deep relational work.

His strength is in weaving narrative into business: making brands that matter, and assembling communities around them. He understands that building a faithful community isn’t sidelines work, it’s central to sustainable growth.

Wyatt Ewing

Co-Founder

Founder of Ice Barrel, a company in cold therapy and recovery.

His personal journey includes stepping away from high-stress roles and discovering the power of cold exposure, resilience, and ritual. He’s also involved in community-driven ventures and aligned with Founders Only and event work.

Wyatt brings a disciplined believer’s mindset, a focus on recovery culture, and a lived example of leaning into discomfort to build something meaningful.

This isn't just about running a mile. It's about proving what you're made of—and doing it together.
